For as long as I can remember, I was set on becoming a lawyer—it was the only path I ever truly considered. After five years of intense study, I stepped into the legal world, eager to make a difference. Helping clients achieve their goals was incredibly rewarding, but the relentless deadlines and pressure quickly took a toll. Stress became my constant companion, showing up as sleepless nights, tension in my shoulders, and early-morning anxiety attacks.

Then, I found yoga.

At first, it was about movement—building strength, flexibility, and balance. But over time, it became so much more. Yoga gave me something I never realised I needed: mental clarity, inner peace, and a way to truly unwind. Each time I stepped onto the mat, the weight of stress lifted, my mind quieted, and my body let go of the tension it had carried for so long.

The deeper I dove into yoga the more I felt called to share its benefits with others. I completed my Yoga Teacher Training, studied meditation and nutrition, and gradually transitioned into my new purpose—helping women reduce stress and restore balance in their lives.

Today, I guide women toward a healthier, more peaceful life through yoga, meditation, and sustainable nutrition. I know firsthand how overwhelming stress can feel, but I also know that small, intentional changes can transform the way we move, think, and feel. And I’d love to help you take that first step.
